In the Welsh town I went to university, 'Operation Julie' was part of the folklore of the place. :) Particularly because cool people like the Rolling Stones had been known to hang out around the place during that time, in certain cafes etc. No wonder, with all those hippy intellectuals and drugs hanging about. So I am impressed that your 'evidence' makes these little stories more plausible.
