Think of our Groups as friendly circles, with plenty of comfy chairs and endless pots of tea. Wander around and see what calls to you, and don't be shy about chiming in! You can join most Groups with a click of a button.
When you do, you'll likely get a note of welcome from the member who started the Group. (This person-the cultivator-has house-cleaning privileges, though they can select other members as fellow Group moderators.) Chances are, they'll encourage you to introduce yourself, and let you know of any special guidelines their Group might have.
We recommend the Lounge to start (one of our "Official" Gaia Groups, moderated by the Team), so grab a cushion and come introduce yourself! We'd love to know what you think so far. Otherwise, just use the search function to your left, or scroll down to the areas below, and make yourself at home.
